These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Barventory Pro application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Barventory Pro is provided for professional inventory management purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Accounts & Access

Access to features is determined by your assigned role and subscription tier. Barventory Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access if misuse or unauthorized activity is detected.

3. Data Ownership

All inventory, configuration, and operational data entered into the App belongs to the organization (tenant) using the App.

Barventory Pro does not claim ownership of your data.

4. Voice Features

Voice input features are provided to assist inventory entry. All voice-derived entries require user confirmation before being saved. Voice input accuracy may vary based on environment and device conditions.

5. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." Barventory Pro is not responsible for losses resulting from data entry errors, inventory discrepancies, or business decisions made based on App data.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the operating jurisdiction of Barventory Pro.
