Barventory allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Barventory account, please contact:
Support Email: support@barventory.ai
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your organization or venue name
- Confirmation that you are authorized to request deletion
Our team will verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete:
- User account information (email and authentication identifiers)
- Inventory data associated with the account
- Venue and bar configuration data
- Reports and operational records created under the account
Data Retention
Certain records may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security and audit purposes
Unless required otherwise by law, account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
This process applies to the Barventory mobile application and web portal.
