This data belongs to the tenant (organization) using the app.

Voice Input Data

When voice input is enabled:

• Spoken inventory entries are processed for speech recognition
• Voice input is converted to text before confirmation
• Raw audio recordings are not stored

Voice input is used only to assist inventory entry and requires user interaction and confirmation.

Device & Usage Information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Crash and performance logs

This data is used to improve app stability and reliability.
